Hair Transplant

Hair transplant is a surgical procedure that involves moving hair follicles from one part of the body, typically the back or sides of the scalp, to another area that is experiencing hair loss or thinning. Both techniques require local anesthesia and can take several hours to complete.

Candidates for hair transplant surgery must have enough healthy hair follicles in the donor area to be transplanted, and they must be in good overall health. Hair transplant surgery can be expensive and may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results.

Like any surgical procedure, hair transplant surgery carries some risks, such as infection, bleeding, and scarring. The transplanted hair follicles may also fail to take root or grow properly, leading to a less than satisfactory outcome.
